The Story Behind Our Lens Cases
In 2023 founder Dan Power was prescribed contact lenses for the first time. Standing in a high end opticians Power was amazed by the range of luxury eyewear and eyewear but was surprised to see that there were no luxury cases for his reusable contact lenses. Just a cheap plastic case.
This was the catalyst that started him on a journey to design the world’s most desirable contact lens cases. Working with a young Italian designer they worked on a luxury compact design that could be made using the best materials, and would be long lasting.
Once the design had been finalised the team at TheLensCase found an Artisan Leather workshop in Istanbul with a great reputation for making hand made luxury leather goods and so in the autumn of 2024 TheLensCase’s first rage of luxury leather contact lens case was launched was launched.
